Designed by an award-winning architect, The Palm Reserve is as beautiful inside as it is out. Every room is finished to an exacting standard — brand new throughout, with double-glazed windows that keep the villa cool and perfectly quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for every occasion, the dining room centres on a striking marble table, and the living room features a UST laser projector with a 120-inch screen and a Sony surround sound system. A dedicated laundry room with LG washer and dryer ensures every practicality is covered.
Five en-suite bathrooms serve the four bedrooms. Both master suites have king-sized beds, bespoke fitted furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the sunset each evening. The children's bedroom offers a custom bunk bed with slide, and the playroom is stocked for every age. All water throughout the villa is filtered and safe to drink. A Google Home security system provides peace of mind around the clock.
