How do I make a reservation?

Submit an enquiry through our booking form or contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability and send a reservation agreement within 24 hours.

What is the minimum stay?

The Palm Reserve requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. During peak season (December 20 – January 5 and Thai public holidays), a minimum of 5 nights applies.

Question 3

What deposit is required to secure a booking?

Accepted Answer

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What currencies do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept payment in USD, EUR, GBP, and THB. Bank transfer and PayPal are accepted.

Question 5

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please contact us in advance.

How do I get to The Palm Reserve?

The villa is located in Pak Nam Pran, approximately 3 hours south of Bangkok by car. We can arrange private airport transfers from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airports. The nearest train station is Pranburi, approximately 15 minutes away.

Is airport transfer included?

Airport transfers are not included in the villa rate but can be arranged at an additional cost. Please include your transfer requirements in your booking enquiry.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

Accepted Answer

The Palm Reserve accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms. The villa is rented exclusively — no other guests will be on the property during your stay.

Question 9

Is a private chef available?

Yes. A private chef is available upon request and can be arranged for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all meals. Menus are tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements. Chef fees and grocery costs are charged separately.

What is included in the villa rate?

Accepted Answer

The rate includes exclusive use of the villa, daily housekeeping, a personal butler, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and use of all villa facilities including the infinity pool and overwater terrace.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome at The Palm Reserve. Please note that the villa features an infinity pool and open water access — we recommend close supervision of young children at all times. We can arrange baby cots and high chairs on request.

What is there to do near the villa?

The area offers excellent snorkelling, kayaking, and boat trips to nearby islands. Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park is 30 minutes away and offers cave exploration and birdwatching. The local town of Pranburi has excellent seafood restaurants and a morning market.

Is the beach private?

The villa has direct access to the beach in front of the property. While Thai law designates all beaches as public, the stretch in front of The Palm Reserve is quiet and rarely visited by anyone other than our guests.

What is the best time of year to visit?

The Gulf of Thailand coast enjoys its best weather from November through April, with calm seas, low humidity, and clear skies. May through October brings occasional rain but also lush greenery and lower rates.
